After much messing around and cutting of tiles Laural and Hardy have completed the front of the house….

Well having worked on the extension with no injuries…..Mr Christopher Coffin arrived today to give a hand (on his birthday as well!)….All was going well until he decided to pick up a piece of wood and promptly fell over cutting his wrist on the trailer….Cheers Christopher and I think this justifies my “No Minkees on the roof Comment!!!!”

So the roof is on and the felt and the lats………Thanks to all for the help………Here are a few of my favourite snaps of the day….

Well the extension is coming on really well. With a bit of luck subject to the Weather Coultish Towers will have a roof on this weekend….. Lets see….

After much hassleing by everyone that contributes, i have fixed the website. Yay I hear you cry – and you would be right ;=) Now dont get me wrong there is still plenty to do with the formatting and functionality but the basic functions are working (proved by this post). I will endeavour to get around to fixing this stuff when i get chance. Please reply to this post with anything you would like to see on the site that either was or wasnt there in the first place. If it is do-able I will try my best to make it happen.

One more point I would like to make, This fix was made fuelled on 2 large cans of stella, a large bottle of (strong) cider and half a tin of roses. Who says I dont work well with Stella????

I’ve discovered that I like porridge now after 34 years of believing I didn’t. It’s especially nice with a teaspoon of syrup mixed in. Is it an age thing or did I always secretly like it?
